Chili Beatz has been filling halls across Southern California for over fifteen years — a full live band of singers, strings, keys, percussion and horns playing the Hindi film songbook the way it was recorded: loud, lush, and in the room with you.
This September the band turns its set toward one voice in particular. Asha Bhosle recorded across eight decades and left behind a catalogue almost no other singer can match. The afternoon walks through her golden-era hits, and every seat sold goes to the temple.
